Congratulations for this valuable imitative. The proposed points for discussion are also timely. In addition, I propose that one more issue be added- annual increment for working for full year to pensioners retiring on 30 June and 1 July date of birth . Several courts have already ordered for the same but Govt ofIndia is not implementing and taking a ploy that thejudgement is personam and not rem.
