In future, friends, don't say that no one initiated the movement or carried out the movement. The Dharna of February 4, 2024 is dedicated to the elderly Pensioners of the Country, who are facing financial difficulties for want of Pension Revision.
√ Despite government advice, Banks did not provide Health Insurance from the Welfare Funds.
√ Due to Special Allowance, Pensioners after November 2012 are getting thousands of rupees less Pension every month.
√ All the Pensioners living in NCR and its surrounding CITIES, as well as those Bankmen who are currently in service & are pension Optees, should participate in this Dharna at Jantar Mantar without fail.
√Difficulties will not be resolved by sitting at home. The vicious behavior of Unions is not hidden from anyone. Unions have transformed into extortion gangs. It has become their profession to collect subscription every month and levy from arrears of every settlement from their members.
√ Previous agreements were delayed by around three years. This time the agreement was concluded in 10/11 months.
√ Despite the dispute of Special Allowance being subjudice in the court, SA has been increased and the Pension Revision was postponed on the pretext of being subjudice in the court.
√ Walk out of the house. Keep medicines and water with you.
✓✓ If you have difficulty alone, please come with spouse or with someone else . The eyes of the Pensioners of the Country are fixed on you. The success of the Dharna will give a big message. Therefore make it successful at any cost.

भविष्य में न कहना दोस्तों कि किसी ने आंदोलन की पहल नहीं की और न आंदोलन किया। 4 फरवरी , 2024 का धरना देश के वयोवृद्ध पेंशनर्स को समर्पित है, जो पेंशन रिवीजन न होने के कारण आर्थिक कठिनाईयों का सामना कर रहे हैं।
√ सरकार की सलाह के बावजूद बैंकों ने कल्याण निधि से स्वास्थ्य बीमा नहीं कराया।
√ स्पेशल एलावंस के कारण नवंबर, 2012 के बाद के पेंशनर्स हजारों रूपया हर माह पेंशन कम पा रहे हैं।
√ एनसीआर और उसके आस-पास के नगरों में रह रहे सभी पेंशनर्स के साथ-साथ वे बैंककर्मीं जो अभी सेवा में हैं और पेंशन विकल्पी हैं, जंतर-मंतर पर इस धरने में शरीक हों।
√ घर बैठे रहने से कठिनाइयां कम नहीं होंगी। यूनियनों का शातिराना व्यवहार किसी से छुपा नहीं है। वे वसूली गैंग में तब्दील हो गई है। सदस्यों से हर माह चन्दा और हर पांच साल में होने वाले समझौते के एरियर से लेवी की रकम वसूलना उनका पेशा हो गया है।
√पहले समझौते तीन वर्ष की देरी से हुआ करते थे। वहीं समझौता इस बार 10/11 महीने में संपन्न हो गया। स्पेशल एलावंस का विवाद अदालत में विचाराधीन होने के बावजूद इसे बढ़ा दिया गया और पेंशन रिवीजन को कोर्ट में विचाराधीन होने के बहाने टाल दिया गया।
√ घर से निकले। साथ में दवा और पानी रखें।
✓✓ अकेले कठिनाई हो तो किसी को साथ लेकर आएं। देश के पेंशनर्स की निगाहें आप लोगों पर टिकी है। धरने की सफलता एक बड़ा संदेश देगा। इसलिए इसे हर हालत में सफल बनाएं।
