NPS should Die!

OPS in 8 States in India! Well done! 19 years long experience teaches lessons to Politicians!

West Bengal thinks always today what other States will think tomorrow! Madam Mamta Banerjee followed the LF path on this issue and never implemented NPS in West Bengal. 

Rajasthan State Govt declared and facing odds implemented OPS in the State. Chhattisgarh, Himachal declared OPS following Rajasthan. It is important to mention that these are Congress Governments which originally brought with the support of NDA in the Parliament the notorious PFRDA! Now, soon the Congress State Govt of Karnataka also is to fulfill its poll promise and end NPS!

The State Governments in INDIA camp like Jharkhand, Punjab also declared the end of NPS in their state and embracing OPS. Delhi State also declared but the leiptinent governor is sitting on the file of bringing OPS in Delhi!

Now, reportedly, Sikkim State is also want to end NPS!

Overall, already 7 statrs ended NPS. Delhi to join the group.  Sikkim declared its intention. Karnataka will join when the poll promise is implemented! Tamilnadu and Kerala States are also committed to voters and expected soon to embrace OPS dsspite financial and legal impediments. 

So, literally the era of NPS ends! Better the Union Government quickly accept reality and instead of sitting on false prestige and exploring the Guarenteed Pension Scheme and try to cheat further with false promises, and implement OPS! 

Old Pension Scheme guarentees real pension in old age! NPS means No Pension in old age! Revolt now against NPS!

NCCPA Executive Decesions!

 

National Executive of NCCPA held today!

The Executive Meeting of NCCPA is held today (03.09.2023) virtually under the presidentship of President Comrade Shiva Gopal Mishra from 9.00 A.M.

23 Comrades were present from the Affiliates. The following decisions were taken unanimously:

1.    1.   Item No 1 of the agenda viz., Review of 21.07.2023 Rally at Jantar Mantar by NCCPA will be taken up in the next Executive Meeting.

 2.  The amount remitted for Option Number 1 court case by Six Affiliates of AIBDPA, AIPRPA, ITPF, Audit & Accounts, Assam CGPA and Nagpur P&T Pensioners shall be treated as quota for 2020-22since no legal case was filed by NCCPA on that issue.

 3.  The apportionment of Delegates already done for Thiruvananthapuram TUI Meet on 1.10.2023 besides TUI representatives in India and NCCPA two delegates is generally approved. Decided to make the TUI Meet a grand success.

 4.    The Constitution Committee earlier appointed by the National Executive with Comrade D.K.Debnath as its Chairman will finalize the new constitution with all amendments taking all the issues at consideration and will submit them for approval in our National Executive. Before the presentation in our AIC the same will be submitted to the Registrar as per the requirement of the Act.
