Comrade Vyasji! We shall carry forward your vision!

 We Remember the legendary leader comrade S.K.Vyas!

Comrade S.K.Vyas can never be forgotten from our memories despite he passed away in the year 2015! He passed away 9 years back on 13th February, 2015 but his yeoman role as the Secretary General and President of Confedrration of CG Employees & Workers for a continuous period of 4 decades will always shine in our memory.

He also founded the NCCPA & was its SG until he breathed his last. He was for a brief time Secretary General of BCPC too ( Bharath Cental Pensioners Confederation) which could not be carried forward for our failures after his demise.

Comrade Vyas was part of all Central Pay Commissions from 1st to 7th during his long and illustrious career. He toiled to prepare the common memorandum for staff and pensioners and fought many battles against successive Governments and led us in the struggle path. We could achieve many things under his great leadership.

We pay rich homage on this day and pledge that we will struggle till we survive against the policy of privatization of Govt and Public Sectors and struggle for scrapping NPS and for restoration of OPS.

He encouraged formation of department wise Pensioners Associations by the retired union leaders of that industry to identify and enroll all pensioners which alone strengthen the NCCPA. AISGPF etc and pave way for creation of a strong movement in India. We will carry forward his vision and dream and make it a reality.

Periodical pension updation along with Wage accord of bank emoloyees is the right of bank pensioners. The existing discrimination with emoloyees on medical insurance also should be ended for Bank Pensioners & Family Pensioners. We as an affiliate of NCCPA support the Dharna by Bank Pensioners at Jantar Mantar New Delhi on 4th Feb 2024 and urge the Govt. of India to settle the decades old pending problems of Bank Pensioners & Family Pensioners immediately.

All amendments approved!

 Amendments approved by Registrar!

All the amendments adopted in the AIC of NCCPA at Chennai from December 13-14, 2023 are approved and the revised Constitution will be ready within 2 or 3 days! The revised latest constitution of NCCPA will be sent to all Affiliates and Executive Members. 

Hearty thanks to comrade M.L.Gupta (Vice President NCCPA & President All India PNB Pensioners & Retirees Assn) and comrade S.K.Sharma (Wkg President NCCPA) for interacting with the CHQ of NCCPA and taking up the arduous task of submitting and get it approved by the Registrar of Trade Union, Jaipur. 

Now, for renewal of Registration for 2023 (Jan to Dec) the accounts will be audited at Chennai and submitted online with the Registrar. Comrades M.L.Gupta and S.K.Sharma will coordinate with the CHQ for renewal of NCCPA also. Thanks to them once again. - KR SG NCCPA-
