NOTICE.

                Notice is hereby given for a meeting of the National Executive Committee of the NCCPA on 16^th July, 2020 at 3.00PM.  All members of the National Executive had been informed through SMS of the meeting and the need to send their respective email address to enable the CHQ to send them the link for making the meeting possible through video conference.   Some of the members (2 Office Bearers + Auditor + two General Secretaries of CGPAs) are yet to respond with their email IDs.  This is necessary to enable them to take part in the meeting.   The meeting will discuss the following agenda.  All participants would be given the time to speak.  They must express their views on all agenda items together due to the time constraints. The participating members may come on line through the link at 2.40 PM on 16^th only after every member is signed in, the meeting could start. The  Secy General will make a brief presentation of the agenda at the beginning of the meeting.

 

                                Agenda:

(i)                  Review of implementation of  the programme decided by the Sectt.

(ii)                CGHS issue with special reference to the covid period

(iii)               Court case on DR freeze and denial of DR

(iv)              Publishing the journal electronically.

(v)                Finance-subscription payment

(vi)              Sanction for incurring certain expenditure

(vii)             Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

All members are requested to make it possible to attend the meeting.
