Dear Comrades! 

All are reminded that our programme on 21.07.2023 stands good irrespective of the fact that N-JCA is forced to postpone the rally before the parliament on that date, This point was discussed in our national executive on 20.06.2023 and all pros and cons have been discussed therein,

We have ultimately decided unanimously that our programme on 21/07/2023 for holding the March to Parliament and handing over the signature campaign on 15 Point Charter of Demands with the demand of the N-JCA for withdrawing the NPS as the first demand to the Honourable Prime Minister of India. 

So, we are taking all precautionary actions:

1. Separate Police Permission for the March to Parliament will be taken by NCCPA.

2. The Signature campaign material on 15 Points charter of demands will be collected through the repective organizations Chief Executive and all General SEcretaries are requested to please collect the signatures of their respective organizations and bring them to Delhi and hand over to the Secretary General on 20th itself for compilation and ready to hand over to the Prime Minister on 21st July.

3. Bring your organization's banner and flags and also the flags of NCCPA while coming to Delhi Rally.

4. Kindly make your own arrangements through your respective organization for stay in Delhi. 

5. If N-JCA holds its programme without any postponement, we will join that March to parliament and of course hand over the memorandum separately to the Honourable Prime Minister at the end of the rally, If for any reason the rally stands postponed by the N_JCA, we will hold the March to Parliament as planned on 21st July and go ahead.

6. All Affiliates were given quota to bring their specific number of members to Delhi Rally. Kindly ensure that number.
