Dear Comrades,

                Kindly refer to the discussions and decisions of the National Sectt. Meeting held at New Delhi on 16^th March, 2019 at AIRF Office.  It was decided that the CHQ will prepare an account of subscription due and received from various affiliates.  In order to enable us to prepare such a statement, we require the following information.  All affiliates are requested to kindly provide this information either through e mail ( which is preferable) or through  post immediately.  Com. Pavitra Chakraborthy, Deputy Secretary General is specially requested to kindly send post copy of this letter to the Chief Executives of all affiliated Association, the list of which is in his possession. This letter has been sent by post to all National Sectt. members and members of the Executive as per the list available at the CHQ.
