Comrade RLB All Salaam!
Comrade R.L.Bhattacharjee our Patron and one of the lions the land of West Bengal has produced has breathed his last. Our CG Pensioners movement as well as the movement of postal and CG have suffered an irreparable loss. A militant and knowledgeable trade unionist in his career as a NFPTE leader and a tireless worker for the cause of working class is no note. His love and affection to the most downtrodden GDS and Casual labourers was immense. His leadership in 2000 Postal JCA strike and his tenacity in continuing the strike on 14th day when the other federations withdrew after meeting with Communication Minister is still a legend! Let us dip our NCCPA banner in memory and honour of comrade RLB!
